Changes and Cancellation Policy.
Non-Refundable Reservations
At Villa Voliera, we offer a carefully curated villa experience designed for privacy, comfort and relaxation. Due to the exclusive nature of our accommodation and limited availability, all bookings through our official website are non-refundable.
We kindly ask you to check your travel plans carefully before finalizing a reservation, as cancellations are non-refundable.
Change requests
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. While we cannot guarantee changes to confirmed bookings, we are happy to assist you whenever possible.
For change requests, please contact us at bookings@villavoliera.com. Each request is reviewed individually and is subject to availability, time of request, and any additional charges.
Cancellations due to Technical Error or Force Majeure
In rare cases when a reservation must be canceled due to technical errors, system problems or force majeure (such as natural disasters or government actions), the full amount will be refunded.
Such cancellations are final and cannot be appealed. We will, of course, do our best to assist you with alternatives if requested. By booking at Villa Voliera, you agree to this policy and waive any legal claims related to such situations.

Compliance with Villa Rules

Recognition of Risks & Liability Statement.
By staying at Villa Voliera, guests acknowledge that certain risks may be associated with staying at an estate, such as uneven surfaces, stairs, stone terraces or weather conditions.
Guests agree to own responsibility for their safety and waive liability to Villa Voliera for incidents arising from normal use of the premises. We obviously take all necessary precautions, but also count on responsible behavior from our guests.
